What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day client relationships for a portfolio of 10+ brands, catering to various seniority levels
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients, adding value through expertise
- Deliver client training sessions and seminars as part of the MeasuredU client education curriculum
- Design and interpret in-market experiments, providing optimization insights and budget recommendations
- Support internal initiatives related to customer engagement, product training, and onboarding
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in client services management
- Experience in marketing attribution, media mix modeling, or applied marketing analytics
- Familiarity with ad-tech and martech platforms, including Google Analytics and vendor platforms
- Proven track record in managing and growing complex marketing measurement engagements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
