What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead customer-facing initiatives to develop and execute mutual success plans and engagement strategies
- Maintain accountability for customer health, multi-solution adoption, and measurable impact throughout the customer lifecycle
- Foster strong relationships within accounts to facilitate the execution of the client's strategy and roadmap
- Drive product adoption by leveraging data insights and tracking customer progress
- Act as a customer advocate internally, sharing insights and feedback to improve service delivery and customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of Customer Success experience in the Tech Industry, particularly in Software as a Service or Digital Marketing
- Familiarity with telecommunications (Telco) is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating conflicts and building partnerships
- Proven ability in account planning and executing customer success strategies
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is highly desired
- Background in digital marketing and/or digital media, including knowledge of data platforms and customer journeys
- Proven skills in Program Management and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Experience facilitating executive-level discussions and workshops
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% for client engagements
