      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field client inquiries and direct them to appropriate support resources while assisting in defining their strategy around the employer's solutions
      - Maintain and build relationships with dealership management, demonstrating expertise in the employer's products
      - Assess dealership risk factors and develop strategies for mitigating risks associated with the employer's applications
      - Prepare client-specific reports and presentations to educate clients and drive growth within their organizations
      - Mentor junior staff and assist Lead Customer Success Managers in providing best practices for client engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of client services, marketing, or sales experience in a B2B environment
      - Ability to travel up to 50% and work across all levels of the dealership
      - Knowledge of the employer's applications and familiarity with the automotive industry
      - Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
      - High sense of urgency and the ability to manage high-stress interactions effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of the employer's organizational structure and service models
      - Experience in SaaS environments and using Customer Experience (CX) platforms
      - Knowledge of dealership workflows and technology industries related to automotive
      - Retail automotive experience of 5+ years
