What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the escalation point for technical issues from Front Office Technical support staff
- Coordinate with Engineering teams to resolve escalated technical issues
- Provide after-hours coverage on a rotational basis for SLA support
- Document all actions and discussions related to escalated issues in the ITSM system
- Inform and educate Technical Support team on knowledge articles and best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate Degree in Electronics or Engineering OR 5+ years of experience in IT Support or Radio systems
- Ability to pass a stringent fingerprint background check
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of networking and computer systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting Virtual Servers and network transport components
- Familiarity with RF troubleshooting methods in support of field resources
