What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for a Microsoft PowerApps tool for data entry and reporting
- Troubleshoot issues, implement bug fixes, and document enhancements for the product backlog
- Engage with client agency leaders and IT personnel as primary project stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver reports on system performance, security status, and compliance to management
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Microsoft 365 services with existing infrastructure

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of work experience in a senior data analyst role
- Strong communication skills to interface with other departments, client stakeholders, and leadership
- Proven expertise in providing Tier 3 support for IT-based projects
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior data analyst or comparable role
- Must be able to successfully complete a federal systems access background check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Related professional certifications are a plus
- Expertise in data governance, security protocols, and best practices for large-scale migrations
- Advanced knowledge of DAX, M language, and Power Query
- Strong ETL capabilities and proficiency in SQL
- Experience in data modeling and architecture design
