What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Category and Marketplace leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and measure performance of strategies implemented
- Create self-service reporting using visualization tools (Domo/Looker/PowerBI) that is actionable and user-friendly for business partners
- Identify root causes of business performance and communicate findings to leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Digital teams to drive top-line financial performance
- Work with the data engineering team to build new capabilities that enhance reporting and business knowledge

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with a strong academic background in a quantitative field
- Advanced SQL experience with complex queries
- Intermediate proficiency in Python or R
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Digital/Clickstream data
- Knowledge of A/B Testing methods, time series analysis, and forecasting models
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Domo, and Adobe Analytics (or Google Analytics)
