What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, automate, and optimize reporting and visualization processes using BI tools and Excel
- Analyze data sets to provide strategic recommendations and insights to team members and management
- Manage future data needs and storage requirements within the data warehouse
- Offer business insights to highlight trends and improve operational efficiency
- Develop tools for data validation and quality monitoring

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a quantitative field (Economics, Math, Statistics, or Equivalent) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field
- Strong communication skills for presenting data insights to stakeholders
- Experience with large data sets, data warehouses, and data lakes
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Cognos, or Tableau

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as Google Business Intelligence Professional Certificate or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
- Experience in data engineering and management, specifically with DB2 Data Warehouse
- Familiarity with data mining and predictive modeling techniques
