      The Senior Director of Brand Partnerships & Experience will champion driving and implementing the strategy for brand experience, strategic partnerships, and activation plans for Comcast Business across all business segments (Small Business, Enterprise, & Public Sector). This position will be a highly visible role within Comcast Business, amplifying our brand position, and leadership stature, and fueling growth among business and technology decision-makers in a competitive environment.

      You'll ensure the Comcast Business brand is aligned with partnerships that support strategic goals and is activated in experiential venues in a manner that mirrors our goals, vision and brand impact. You'll be constantly evaluating existing and new opportunities to assess strategic fit and growth potential.
      You'll lead all aspects of the partnership with the PGA Tour and serve as the key leader for THE PLAYERS Championship program. As one of three Proud Partners of THE PLAYERS Championship, THE PLAYERS provides an impressive & highly visible stage to demonstrate who we are as a brand and build customer relationships.

      You'll bring Comcast Business to life on-site at dozens of activations throughout the calendar year including, but not limited to, tradeshows, events, hospitality opportunities (sports, entertainment, suites), and other large-scale partnerships with the PGA TOUR.

      You'll oversee a multi-million-dollar budget and several agencies, serving as a key lead and collaborative partner with cross-functional teams including Brand Strategy, Content Strategy, Commercial Marketing & Sales, Employee Communications, Media, Sales Enablement, Corporate Communications / PR, and more.

      Job Description

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Lead all aspects of the Brand Experience and Partnership function, serving as the leader for the Brand Marketing Team, and the key lead across all of CB.
      • Lead a team of two direct reports, several critical agency relationships with dozens of team members and a multi-million-dollar activation and partnership budget.
      • Lead the development of experiential strategy, working with Commercial Marketing partners, that supports overall business goals and delivers on leadership vision and drives business impact over short- and long-term for all segments and geographies.
      • Head up the annual PLAYERS program, both internally and externally, managing leadership goals, balancing objectives of multiple cross-functional teams and advising agency partners, vendors, and working teams to deliver on a unified vision that improves partnership value and drives positive return on investment
      • Own Comcast Business brand activation for all experiential opportunities including, but not limited to, tradeshows, sales events, partnership / sponsorships, hospitality events, branded suites, etc.
      • Use deep understanding of Comcast Business brand as well as B2B audience and segments to drive development of cohesive narrative to fuel all brand activation touchpoints related to experiential marketing plan
      • Possess a strong understanding of the sponsorship space, an interest in golf, the talent, key industry players, and emerging activation concepts
      • Work with your team, agency team, and cross-functional partners to execute annual experiential marketing plan through upfront planning and ongoing, tight project management
      • Manage robust annual budget including agency fees, sponsorship costs, and production funding

      Required leadership skills:

      • Strong, strategic vision to deliver brand ambitions and business results
      • Experience in B2B sponsorships, preferably in golf, and a consistent track record in the experiential space is highly preferred
      • Get things done day to day while also questioning the limitations toward innovation
      • Champions different perspectives and works to bring outstanding, inclusive thinking into all that we do
      • Highly collaborative leader – able to work across teams and navigate ambiguity where it exists

      • Meticulous budgeting skills
      • 10-15+ years of cross-functional marketing and/or experiential experience in a leadership capacity
      • B2B technology / industry experience is strongly preferred
