What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and review financial metrics/results and trends
- Oversee multiple functions within Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Monitor operational analysis and trend reports for process improvements
- Develop and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Create dashboards and presentations to articulate service and financial health
- Lead change initiatives to streamline processes and improve resource utilization
- Mentor employees and conduct performance evaluations
- Perform special projects as assigned
- Direct policies, goals, and objectives as directed by senior management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in Revenue Cycle change management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience with offshore oversight
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare/revenue management field
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (Master's Degree preferred)
