      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day operational processes in compliance with established policies and procedures
      - Perform essential functions for the Document Management Collateral team, including ordering and tracking collateral documents
      - Review and reconcile invoices for management approval
      - Serve as a liaison between customers and other team members, ensuring timely completion of processes
      - Update internal procedures as new regulations are identified and processes change

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of related experience
      - 2+ years of mortgage servicing experience specifically in Collateral and Document Custodian Management
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in vLookup and creating/manipulating pivot tables
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal teams and external customers
