What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive success by achieving individual sales quotas and contributing to company objectives
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through proactive prospecting within assigned territories
- Deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone and online
- Develop and negotiate enterprise-level proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance customer engagement and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of direct full-cycle software sales experience in a quota-carrying role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in previous positions
- Proficient in computer applications, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling web-based products and services
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and sales methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to be among the top performers in sales
