What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Execute day-to-day tasks including building, launching, and analyzing A/B tests to enhance customer experience
- Debug technical issues related to HTML/CSS, journeys, lists, and other aspects of email execution
- Monitor and maintain email deliverability, reducing spam complaints while improving open and click-through rates
- Build and maintain dashboards using SQL to investigate anomalies and report on email performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of email marketing experience, preferably in financial services or a highly regulated industry
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Marketo, or similar automation tools
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Working experience with relational databases and SQL query authoring
- Exceptional written communication skills are required
