What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate on high-complexity projects to develop embedded software for multiple vehicle platforms
- Create system-level requirement documents and machine state diagrams to define vehicle operation
- Develop software requirement documents and test plans for system verification and validation
- Perform component, system, and software level product testing with production validation test groups
- Serve as a subject matter expert in real-time machine control and functional safety standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in embedded system design and controls
- Experience developing real-time embedded control systems and programming in C/C++/Python
- Knowledge of CANbus architecture for embedded control systems and relevant protocols
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively as a self-motivated technical leader

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a manufacturing environment within the outdoor power/off-highway equipment industry
- Knowledge of control systems applications, GUI/HMI, and battery technology applications
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
