What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Mitigate risk for the organization by managing employee relations issues and ensuring adherence to policies
- Conduct investigations into alleged misconduct and workplace incivility
- Provide consultative services to management on employee issues, including corrective action and coaching
- Utilize Employee Engagement Survey results to create solutions for a better employee experience
- Mentor and guide Employee Relations Consultants on best practices and complex issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, counseling, social work, law, or a comparable field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation skills
- Ability to assess risk and resolve conflicts effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree or J.D. in a relevant field
