      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish trusted relationships with business leaders and their teams to align HR policies with business needs
      - Conduct associate investigations and provide recommendations based on company policy
      - Advise leadership on complex employee relations matters and develop strategies to resolve associate issues
      - Collaborate with HR peers on cross-functional projects and drive Employee Relations initiatives
      - Maintain relationships with legal counsel and interpret new employment laws affecting company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 7 years HR experience, with at least 5 years in employee relations or a similar HR role
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong knowledge of management-employee relations and HR management principles
      - Intermediate PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Some global human resources experience preferred
      - Experience in a position with a high degree of interpersonal interaction
      - Ability to exhibit adaptability and calmness in stressful situations
