What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for a newly defined non-sport vertical
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships to drive growth and market adoption
- Lead a sophisticated sales process, negotiating contracts and aligning with company goals
- Manage and accurately document your sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Ensure customer satisfaction and optimize revenue from newly onboarded clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management with a proven leadership track record
- Strong ability to build and maintain a robust industry network
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline independently
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate effectively
- Willingness to travel to engage with prospects and partners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in HR software or payroll solutions
- 2+ years of experience selling to Civic/Government organizations
- 4+ years of experience in Background Screening Sales or Operations
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
