      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for a newly defined non-sport vertical in partnership with NCSI leadership
      - Establish key partnerships and represent NCSI at industry events to build credibility and drive growth
      - Manage a sophisticated sales process, including structuring deals and negotiating contracts
      - Build and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce, conducting regular reviews and developing engagement strategies
      - Ensure customer satisfaction and optimize revenue from newly onboarded clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management with a proven leadership track record
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate effectively
      - Proven capability in independently sourcing and managing a sales pipeline
      - Willingness to travel to engage with prospects and partners
      - Empathetic, solutions-oriented attitude with a passion for customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree or equivalent experience
      - 3+ years of experience in HR software or payroll solutions
      - 2+ years of experience selling to Civic/Government organizations
      - Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
      - Experience in Background Screening Sales or Operations
