      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the EPIC framework
      - Design, develop, maintain, and support EPIC Interfaces for various EPIC applications, modules, and workflows according to project requirements
      - Customize EPIC applications to meet specific organizational needs, including configuration, scripting, and integration with other systems
      - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of EPIC applications
      - Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures related to EPIC development and implementation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
      - Current EPIC Certifications in Bridges, Tapestry, Healthy Planet, CareEverywhere, and Ambulatory strongly desired
      - Proven experience in EPIC application development, configuration, and implementation
      - Proficiency in EPIC modules such as MyChart, EpicCare Inpatient, Cadence, Prelude, and ADT
      - Strong knowledge of EPIC integration tools, including HL7, Web Services, and API integration

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with EPIC Clarity database and reporting tools
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
