Sr. Executive Assistant - Chief Information Security Office (CISO)
Whippany, NJAs a Barclays Sr. Executive Assistant - Chief Information Security Office (CISO), you will be providing comprehensive Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant support to the Managing Director – CISO, as well as support members of their team on key projects and initiatives. In this high exposure role, you will interact with a diverse spectrum of people in a wide variety of situations as required. You will plan, pre-empt and manage the requirements and commitments of the Managing Director - CISO and their team.

What will you be doing?
• Learning and understanding the business area to be able to provide a view on prioritisation.
• Scheduling appointments and ensuring the Managing Director is always in the correct place, on-time, and with all relevant papers.
• Booking all travel arrangements and accommodation and organise itineraries, this includes balancing the relative priorities and commitments of the manager and Barclays Business.
• Organizing a wide range of meetings and functions at internal/external venues which may involve influential contacts globally. Liaise with internal/external contacts, visiting and vetting locations, agreeing dates, menus, prices.
• Managing weekly team meetings including taking minutes and maintaining all logistics.
• Compiling agendas, prepare briefs, prepare meeting materials, attend a wide variety of meetings, take and transcribe minutes and undertake any necessary follow up actions.
• Undertaking a wide variety of other administrative duties e.g. expenses, room bookings etc.
• Supporting on the creation of documents for key meetings and any follow up actions.What we’re looking for:
• Office suite, including advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• The candidate will have worked for a MD level individual and in support of a large, global organization across multiple time zones.
• Knowledge of budgets/cost centres, project tracking, and reportingSkills that will help you in the role:
• Has an understanding of Barclays operational environment.
• Ideally the candidate will be proficient in the following applications - SAP e-Expenses, HR online tools, ‘e’procurement for PO raising and OM (organisation Management)Where will you be working?
