      A storyteller at heart, you will find new and compelling ways to curate and scale our vision and key strategic messages across our growing, distributed and diverse leadership teams and workforce. Using your proficiency in verbal, written and multi-media communications, you will ensure message relevance and resonance across a variety of employee and external channels. You’ll also collaborate closely with External Communications and Employee Communications colleagues to develop communication frameworks and manage and measure program adoption across the enterprise.

      Roles & Responsibilities:

      • Understand and help articulate Executive/Leadership Team’s strategic goals and business objectives in relation to our vision and journey to be a most-admired company
      • Consult and counsel leadership on how to engage with leaders/employees around our culture and strategies; execute on resulting tactical communications plan
      • Support execution of a communications strategy and plan that helps increase understanding, alignment and engagement among DPR leaders around the company’s key business objectives, including responsibility for developing leadership meeting content
      • Coordinate and prepare Leadership Team members for high-profile opportunities; prepare speeches, scripts and presentations as needed
      • Support and oversee video production and distribution
      • Draft and distribute vision/mission-related thought leadership content
      • In collaboration with colleagues, thoughtfully connect vision/mission-related programs to other company initiatives

      Qualifications

      • 8+ years of communications experience
      • Bachelors Degree
      • Experience working with executive leadership in a complex organization
      • Proven success implementing communications programs for internal and external audiences
      • Communications, marketing or journalism background (agency experience a plus)
      • AEC industry or professional services experience preferred
      • Ever forward mindset (self-initiated, self-driven, self-directed)
