What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain financial forecast models to project earnings and cash needs for the parent company and subsidiaries
- Conduct detailed variance analysis to evaluate results against forecasts and support month-end financial statements analysis
- Analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for leadership decision-making
- Monitor new financial structures and analyze projected income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows
- Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure accurate forecasting support is readily available

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Strong quantitative skills and knowledge of financial modeling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with common database systems
- Solid understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional certifications such as CFA, MBA, or CPA
- Experience with Adaptive Planning Software, Workday, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with 3-statement financial models (income/cash flow/balance sheet)
- Background in loan-level modeling and credit risk analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
