What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships across departments such as Leasing, Design & Construction, and Operations
- Partner with stakeholders to monitor revenue projections, project costs, and property level expenses
- Prepare Investment Committee Memos/Presentations with financial metrics and data analysis for project approval
- Set up projects in MRI Job Cost module and manage budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor capital expenditure actuals compared to budgets and prepare annual cash flow projections for each project

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS or BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution or equivalent work/military experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or development accounting
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in applications such as MRI, Vena, and SQL
