What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and consolidate financial reporting in coordination with finance operations and operational leadership
- Develop and maintain Excel models for effective monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Document and coordinate variance analysis explanations
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop automated solutions for financial reporting processes
- Coordinate internal and external audit requests with the finance operations team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Accounting/Finance experience
- Experience in defense/government contract accounting is preferred
- US Citizenship required
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and related financial applications
