Job Description
- Req#: 154577
- Ability to supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in the movement and storage of materials, the picking and packing of materials, and collation of materials.
- Interprets specifications of jobs and projects, develops optimal production line(s) or processes, and explains to Supervisors and Team Leaders.
- Responsible for achieving production goals and ensuring quality of products being shipped.
- Suggests and may implement improvements to the work environment to improve efficiency, safety and productivity.
- Develop a strong team by mentoring and coaching.
- Works directly with Sr. Team Lead responsible for 2nd shift operations and material handlers.
- Administrate corporate policy consistently and follow appropriate disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Approve time in payroll system.
- Works with Site Director on higher level tasks and projects as needed.
- Four years previous supervisory experience in warehouse of light industrial environment required.
- Individual who has the ability to build a strong team with direct hires and temporary associates is imperative.
- Must be detail oriented; possess good communication skills, (written & oral), and good math skills.
- Candidate must possess good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Must be mechanically adept and be able to work quickly and accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, previous experience with a Warehouse Management System is preferred.
- This role could require travel for training and development.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Sr Fulfillment Supervisor position is available at our Lancaster PA Corporate Warehouse. This position will lead a team of direct reports and temporary associates to meet business needs in a fast-paced, quality-oriented environment. The role is responsible for achieving production goals and motivating employees while building a strong team
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm – schedule will be adjusted based on business needs.
