      We seek a collaborative and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to work with a team of graphic designers, creative agencies, and partners to support and execute cross-channel creative work. This person will play a vital role in the execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of elevated work and brand collateral for digital and retail. The ideal candidate has experience with omni-channel retail or luxury brands (preferably in the jewelry industry) in a business-to-customer role.

      Responsibilities
      • Collaborate with the head of Brand Creative and creative partners to conceptualize and strategize product launches, 360 campaigns, asset needs, and deliverables across all channels.
      • Ideate, design, create, and edit cross-channel creative work that may include, but is not limited to, photography, video editing, gifs, photo retouching, and interactive experiences with various applications for e-commerce, digital advertising, social platforms, paid assets, etc.
      • Experience with creative project management to ensure priorities are focused and timely and output is of exceptional quality.
      • Provide clear and thoughtfully prepared pre and post-production planning and execution while working with retouchers, agency partners, artists, CGI artists, motion artists, etc.
      • Edit and produce high-quality video content, including promotional videos, animations w/ a primary usage for paid channels.


      Requirements
      • 6+ years of design experience
      • Demonstrated expertise in cross-channel creative ideation and execution spanning digital, social, and retail. Luxury or retail industry experience; jewelry preferred.
      • Exemplary collaboration and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all experience levels, while also being flexible, detail and deadline-oriented, self-starter willing to test, learn, and reiterate.
      • Proficient in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro), FIgma and video editing programs.
      • Must have an excellent eye for typography, layout, and branding with impeccable design fundamentals and be able to work hands-on.

      $80,000 - $100,000 a year
      Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s job duties, experience, and expertise. We will also consider higher level candidates and salary will be adjusted accordingly.
