What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise clients using consulting and coaching methods to improve business performance
- Facilitate solutions that enhance organizational alignment and develop leadership
- Lead the end-to-end value creation process, from lead generation to solution delivery
- Partner with C-Suite and senior executives to address challenges and deliver solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client success and organizational impact

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management
- Experience engaging with and influencing executive leaders and C-Suite teams for at least 5 years
- Prior experience in professional services or fast-paced corporate environments
- Flexibility for extensive travel, including up to 60% overnight travel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a leadership development facilitator and/or corporate coaching
- Proven ability to coach diverse clients in large, dynamic environments
- Strong coaching acumen with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs
- High degree of energy, patience, empathy, and personal maturity aligning with the company's mission
- Well-developed pattern of achievement and integrity critical to success in this role
