      Overview

      Health Advisor Senior - Birmingham, AL - Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PMTo work in a collaborative effort with Supervisor to coach and encourage the work and progress of your team, establishing rapport and focusing on strengths building, mentoring health advisors on your team and being the first line of defense for any day-to-day questions. Being the team liaison by connecting the team with other departments by relaying updates, input and insight to the Supervisor.

      Responsibilities

      • Reviewing content in respective therapeutic areas and testing new features and reporting functionalities as needed
      • Supporting research and development for any new projects
      • Daily
        • Administrative Tasks
          • Effective managing a cohort of members at capacity
          • Using Jira to encourage follow-up, process tracking
          • Daily scanning of communication channels and keeping up to date with company information - slack, weekly department meetings

          • Be able to lead sections of team meetings with Supervisor present.

            • Incorporate feedback from scorecards, QA notes, training team report cards

      Qualifications

      QUALIFICATIONS

      Required Minimum Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
      • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Products and Outlook
      • Minimum of 1 year in a Health Advisor role
      • Have completed the NBHWC training program and awaiting to sit for the certification.
      • Full Knowledge of product base and experience (cross trained) in NonWhite Label or White Label Products
      • Clear use of the English language in written and oral communication
      • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and tend to large amounts of detail
      • Excellent teamwork skills
      • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
      • Strong client service orientation
