      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Experience with healthcare data sources, including medical or pharmacy claims, membership, and risk scores
      - Strong quantitative analysis abilities grounded in relevant fields such as statistics or health services research
      - Attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or computer science
      - Demonstrated ability to produce accurate analyses and communicate results effectively
      - Knowledge of equity and inclusion principles, including health disparities and social drivers of health
      - Experience managing research projects throughout their entire lifecycle
      - Active engagement in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workplace
