      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct data analysis on various disparate healthcare datasets to derive actionable insights
      - Aid in the design, development, and delivery of analytical solutions to healthcare clients
      - Create and manage interactive dashboards using Tableau and maintain the Tableau server
      - Manage healthcare taxonomy-related code sets under the Master Data Management (MDM) practice
      - Present analysis, findings, and insights in relevant internal and external forums

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in any science-related discipline
      - 8 - 10 years of experience within the healthcare data analytics industry
      - Proficiency in SQL and developing dashboards using Tableau
      - Familiarity with US healthcare data assets in population health and managed care (HEDIS/HCPCS/CPT/FHIR/HL7)
      - Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Data Analyst/Business Data Analyst, preferably with US healthcare clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Exposure and proficiency in Python and managing Tableau server
      - Understanding of different Quality measures (ECQM/HEDIS/HCPCS/DSRIP/MIPS)
      - Graduate degree in a relevant field is a plus
      - Knowledge of clinical systems and data
