      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct research and analysis on special projects to support decision-making processes
      - Provide ongoing analytic support for disease management programs and clinical effectiveness
      - Lead discussions with stakeholders and facilitate the evaluation of alternate payment methodologies
      - Analyze consumer satisfaction metrics and support regulatory reporting requirements
      - Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with various departments to enhance member care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Analysis or a related field
      - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analysis
      - Advanced skills in SQL, SAS, and Excel; experience with statistical modeling tools
      - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in statistics, computer science, information systems, or a related field
      - 10-15 years of experience in the healthcare payer industry
      - Familiarity with electronic medical records systems such as EPIC or Athena
      - Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial products
      - Previous work in regulatory reporting
