      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes and business strategies
      - Provide ongoing data and analytic leadership for disease and condition management programs
      - Consult with senior staff on evaluating the effectiveness of clinical programs
      - Analyze and report on healthcare quality metrics, including HEDIS and CAHPS results
      - Lead the development and maintenance of reporting and analytics related to healthcare utilization patterns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Analysis or a related field
      - At least 5-7 years of experience in data analysis
      - Advanced skills in SQL, SAS, and Excel, with experience in statistical modeling tools
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
      - Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in statistics, computer science, information systems, or a related field
      - 10-15 years of experience in the healthcare payer industry
      - Experience with electronic medical records systems such as EPIC or Athena
      - Familiarity with regulatory reporting and healthcare programs like Medicaid and Medicare
      - Proven track record of leading complex analyses for senior leadership
