Summary of Job Descriptions
The Senior HR Analyst position is responsible for reviewing and enhancing the most complex HR processes and identifying appropriate technology to support HR process improvement. This position partners with Operations on process enhancements and trains operators on new processes and technology. This position researches state and federal regulations to ensure HR policies and processes are in compliance. The position may provide support on litigation issues.

You’ll get a chance to:

• Review and enhance the most complex HR processes and identifies appropriate technology to support HR process improvement.
• Analyze business needs, document requirements, and recommend change to HR processes and systems.
• Consider how technology can enhance the effectiveness of HR functions as the basis of recommendations.
• Partner with Operations on HR process enhancements and train operators on new processes and technology.
• Solicit input from Operations and other functions on how to improve HR processes using technology.
• Research state and federal regulations to ensure HR policies, processes, and technology are in compliance.
• Provide support on litigation issues.
• Work on special projects to improve HR processes.

Your background & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; business and/or HR majors preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment.
• Three or more years of experience on Workday HCM administration and configuration
• If hired, successful completion of annual store training.
• If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.
