      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide end-to-end consultative and administrative support to employees during their leave journey
      - Process employee benefit forms and manage leave of absence transactions in required systems
      - Respond to inquiries related to leave of absence, timekeeping, and pay, maintaining timely communication
      - Collaborate with HR Partners and Labor Relations on LOA inquiries and reporting requests
      - Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support project management activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) and 2 years of experience in Business Administration, HR, or customer service within a corporate environment
      - U.S. citizenship required for access to the financial management system
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
      - Excellent organization, planning, and decision-making skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least one year of experience in leave of absence management
      - Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
      - Ability to handle sensitive information with empathy and confidentiality
      - Strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
