What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and manage medical plan projects, including the implementation of new benefits programs
- Serve as a liaison between various stakeholders to resolve elevated medical plan issues
- Develop and maintain periodic medical benefit plans reports for management and regions
- Create educational materials and compliance documentation for benefit programs
- Mentor and supervise benefits staff to enhance team performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in benefits administration
- Comprehensive knowledge of benefit coverage provisions, legal requirements, and enrollment processes
- Strong understanding of industry plans, trends, vendors, and financing arrangements
- Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CEBS certification preferred, but not required
