- Define and develop the talent strategy for your assigned client group and independently manage and implement talent strategies within your client portfolio while ensuring that talent initiatives and activities are integrated and aligned with strategic and people goals.
- Offer objective and balanced advice, recommendations, or coaching to influence leaders on the people and talent issues that support business strategy.
- Develop projects, programs, and initiatives to support business goals in assigned client areas.
- Work with business unit management to analyze complex issues, design effective solutions, and facilitate change.
- Build and maintain effective relationships and develop a demonstrable knowledge of the organization’s structure, roles, goals, and challenges.
- Demonstrate market knowledge and understanding of how changes in the business environment affect the organization
- Acquire and apply an understanding of business operations to enable proactive business inquiry, recommendations, and the development of people strategy solutions for client partners
- Handle, analyze, interpret, and communicate data effectively and responsibly to drive business outcomes.
- 7+ years’ experience, at least 3 years in HR, with ER experience and experience with various HR practices (e.g., compensation, recruitment, OD, etc).
- Ability to see the big picture, and leverage data to drive decision making
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Vaccination for COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) is mandatory for all MSK staff. Staff are considered fully vaccinated upon completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19 (i.e., one dose of a single dose vaccine or a final dose of a multi-dose vaccine series). Exceptions from the COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) vaccine requirements are permitted for those who request and receive an approved medical, religious, or fully remote exemption. Requests for exemption can take up to two weeks to review. Vaccination or an approved exemption is required to start work.
