What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Align recruitment strategies with the employer's business objectives and contract requirements
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for positions requiring security clearances
- Oversee headcount tracking, position approvals, and staffing projections
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team, driving accountability and knowledge sharing
- Develop strong talent pipelines through networking and proactive outreach
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR business partnership supporting federal government contracts
- Proven expertise in full lifecycle recruiting for intelligence, law enforcement, and global security positions
- Experience supporting DOD, Federal Law Enforcement, and Regulatory Agency contracts
- Must be able to obtain and maintain contract and facility credentials/authorization; US Citizenship is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience hiring both CONUS and OCONUS positions
- Background working with cleared professionals requiring Secret, Top Secret, and SCI clearances
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment marketing tools
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
