What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support HR decision-making
- Manage and optimize workflows using Power Automate for streamlined HR data transfers
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation in HR processes
- Troubleshoot API and system integration issues to ensure seamless data flow
- Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to enhance HR technology solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expert proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and visualization
- Strong experience in dashboard design and data storytelling
- Hands-on expertise in ETL processes and data transformation
- Familiarity with SharePoint for HR documentation and automation
- Background in report automation and HR data management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years in HR analytics, HRIS, or data analysis roles
- Experience with Palantir or similar platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for advanced data manipulation is a plus
