What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage IAM lifecycle activities, including user account creation, provisioning, updating, and inactivation
- Act as a subject matter expert for Epic User Security, ensuring compliance with best practices
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with Technical Leads and Application support teams for the development and deployment of identity solutions
- Assist with application updates, evaluating new technology, and maintaining Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of Epic security experience in an analyst, governance, or support role
- Epic Security Certification
- Epic Data Courier Mover Badge or Data Courier Administrator certification
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT (years of experience may be substituted for degree)
- 5 years of Epic security experience in an analyst, governance, or support role, with 3 years in a leadership/advisory position
- Knowledge of SailPoint, ServiceNow, and MS Office
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and maintain Epic certifications
