What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage IAM lifecycle activities, including user account management and security issue resolution
- Act as a subject matter expert for Epic User Security and recommend process improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations and technical settings
- Provide assistance and support for incidents or issues related to Epic Security
- Participate in continuing education to maintain certifications and develop expertise in new technologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of Epic security experience in an analyst, governance, or support role
- Epic Security Certification
- Epic Data Courier Mover Badge or Data Courier Administrator certification
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT (years of experience may substitute for degree)
- 5 years of Epic security experience, with 3 years in a leadership/advisory role
- Knowledge of SailPoint, ServiceNow, and MS Office
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new skills and concepts
- Experience with Role Based Access Controls (RBAC)
