      Your Impact
      The primary purpose of this role is to support the Manager Learning Design to develop enterprise learning strategies tied to business strategies and learning measurement program design. This role assures operations and deliverables meet or exceed organizational objectives and integrates as appropriate with other HR functions. This role supports the learning and development demand planning cycle in conjunction with business requirements and supports the design of enterprise-wide HR training programs for management and associates. Delivers multiple projects medium to large size that are highly complex that includes organizing and tracking project details and communicating consistently with project stakeholders and personnel. This role ensures that solutions meet or exceed individual objectives, adhere to HR and performance goals, and align

      with Lowe's business strategies.

      What you will do

      • Supports the development of all instructional training delivery methods (in-person, online, self-service, etc.) and mediums such as audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and curriculum.
      • Consults with business leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to conduct task analysis and recommend solutions.
      • Supports the development and integration of human resource learning programs and employees to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
      • Demonstrates knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts, instructional design theory, and measurement and evaluation methods.
      • Supports the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
      • Uses instructional design methodology to design and develop blended learning solutions.
      • Works with reporting team to evaluate and measure instructional solutions to gauge effectiveness.
      • Supports the design of HR training programs for management and employees.
      • Partners with other associate readiness resources within the departments to design learning projects.
      • Elevates risks and proposes mitigation strategies to meet timelines

      • Develops, analyzes, and manages all touch points of the project plan including responsibility for scheduling and resource forecasting.
      • Manages the overall performance (timeline, and resource utilization) of large projects against plan and works through the project team to implement adjustments when issues/risks are identified and require resolution.
      • Holds project teams accountable for meeting or exceeding expectations by coordinating team activities and managing milestones and deliverables.
      • Owns the project execution plan (i.e., work breakdown structures) and business objectives (e.g. change management, deployment approach, management and end user readiness), Works with functional teams to translate business plans into tactical action items.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's Degree Organization Development, Instructional Design, Learning, Leadership, Psychology, or other related fields preferred and 3 years' experience in training delivery and/or instructional design experience required; preferably for a large multi-state and/or global company
      • 3 years progressive experience in one or more specialty functions of Human Resources, with a significant portion focused on talent management (e.g., talent acquisition, employee and/or leadership development, instructional design, training, performance management) and a mix of operational, strategic, and systems thinking experience
      • 3 years' experience successfully managing multiple priorities & projects through successful delivery & implementation under time, budget, and political pressure
      • 3 years ability to effectively communicate and respond situationally/appropriately

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Master's Degree Organization Development, Instructional Design, Learning, Leadership, Psychology, or other related fields preferred and 5-7 Years 5 Years Experience in training delivery and/or instructional design experience required; preferably for a large multi-state and/or global company
      • 5 years progressive experience one or more specialty functions of Human Resources, with a significant portion focused on talent management (e.g., talent acquisition, employee and/or leadership development, instructional design, training, performance management) and a mix of operational, strategic, and systems thinking experience
      • 5 years' experience leading and mentoring a team and helping to foster/create a “great place to work
      • 5 years' experience successfully managing multiple priorities & projects through successful delivery & implementation under time, budget, and political pressure
      • 3 years ability to effectively communicate and respond situationally/appropriately.
      • Experience with an ERP system (Workday preferred)

      Pay Range: $58,100.00 - $96,900.00 annually
