- Quickly and thoughtfully analyzes sophisticated asks to resolve best learning modalities and outcomes
- Innovates through storytelling, gamification, visualization, and other engagement techniques
- Experiments with theming and animations to elevate courses and PPTs
- Performs consistent high-quality work against industry benchmarks and standards for design
- Designs graphical layouts for eLearning by using stock graphics or crafting custom graphics and visuals
- Uses tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Vyond, etc. as well as techniques using animation, video, and audio to elevate design and deliverables
- Demonstrates agile ways of thinking and change management – able to shift when vital
- Shows thought leadership and enterprise thinking with decision-making and insights
- Solutions and measurements align with standard processes in ISD and learning design
- Develops, in conjunction with the Evaluation Team, an evaluation strategy to resolve efficiency of large learning interventions and/or ROI
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience in eLearning development/instructional design.
- 1+ years of experience with multimedia design and development
- 3+ years of experience with Instructional Design
- Intermediate to advanced capabilities within Storyline and Rise to develop courses with branching, adaptive learning, mapping pages, and other industry standard processes with use of variables, layers, and triggers
- Ability to read and interpret technical and other sophisticated tools and documents into material people will understand.
- Ability to write clear and concise materials, e-mails, meeting agendas, outlines, etc.
- Ability to present information in one-on-one and group situations to internal and/or external clients
- Strong time-management, organization, and project management skills required
- Graphic Design Experience and implementation via professional Design Software (e.g. Adobe illustrator/Photoshop or equivalent)
- Experience crafting and developing trainings which uses Multimedia, such as eLearning, animation, video and audio
- Sophisticated understanding of instructional design principles, learning theory, and instructional technology and experience applying this knowledge to real world projects

Instructional Designer
The Instructional Designer role is responsible for the creation and maintenance of instructional design materials for the Global Customer Experience Organisation! The Instructional Designer delivers impactful and innovative learning solutions that strategically align to the needs of our teammates, customer, and partners! A heavy focus on the customer experience is implemented in all learning solutions, this role will look to help us reduce complexity, increase knowledge retention, and reduce our teammates time to proficiency!
