What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in all aspects of integration development, documentation, support, and maintenance
- Lead integration solution design and discovery exercises with customers
- Serve as Integration Lead on Customer Account Teams, maintaining a long-term presence for key accounts
- Resolve issues in a timely and customer-focused manner, documenting in IT Service Desk Tools
- Develop and maintain documentation of integration configurations and changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in integration, EDI, or a similar technical role
- Direct experience with multi-client, multi-trading partner integration
- Strong hands-on knowledge of supporting supply chain technologies and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft business applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with EXTOL EBI/CLEO Clarify, ALTOVA MapForce, or NetSuite
- Direct experience supporting a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) package or a Tier 1 ERP system
- Knowledge of electronic interfacing methods (EDI, XML, JSON, Flat File, etc.)
- Strong SQL skills, with Oracle Platform experience preferred
- Knowledge of Visual Basic, VB.NET, or Java
