What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and execute activities and initiatives to support IRIS program operations and field staff
- Manage phone queues and assist with both outgoing and incoming calls
- Analyze data and workflow to suggest improvements and assist in implementing changes
- Maintain responsibility for caseload assignments, financial and program eligibility support, and enrollment activities
- Serve as a liaison to other IRIS partners or providers as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience
- Two or more years of previous applicable experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain adequate auto insurance for job-related travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database operation/maintenance
- Demonstrated computer and software skills, including data entry experience
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and work flexibly in various environments
