What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and execute activities to support IRIS program operations, including referrals, enrollments, and service authorizations
- Provide skilled support to operations and field staff, including data entry and tracking within various systems
- Analyze data and workflow to suggest improvements and assist with implementation
- Maintain primary responsibility for caseload assignments, financial eligibility support, and individualized service plan activities
- Serve as a liaison to other IRIS partners and providers as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience
- Minimum of two years of previous applicable experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain adequate auto insurance for job-related travel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience in database operation/maintenance
