What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and execute activities to support IRIS program operations, including referrals, enrollments, and disenrollments
- Provide support to operations and field staff in data entry and tracking within specified systems
- Analyze data and workflow, offering suggestions for improvement and assisting with implementation
- Manage projects and problem-solving initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience
- Minimum of two years of previous applicable experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain adequate auto insurance for job-related travel
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other software; experience with database operation/maintenance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
