What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the key point of contact for IT business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between IT and business units
- Oversee the end-to-end IT project lifecycle, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Identify, recommend, and promote IT solutions that drive innovation and best serve the customer
- Gather strategic product requirements and collaborate with IT architecture and software engineering teams
- Communicate IT capabilities, activities, and achievements to business stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience planning and implementing IT solutions
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building/management skills
- Ability to express technical concepts in business terms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a similar degree
- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Master's degree in information technology or an MBA
- Ability to stay abreast of constantly evolving IT technology trends
- Proven ability to drive the delivery of projects on time and on budget
- Good understanding of the employer's business and operating model
