What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently analyze, design, and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code to support complex IT solutions
- Provide technical expertise and collaborate with IT specialists to deliver innovative solutions
- Conduct thorough discovery and fact-finding to understand complex business problems
- Analyze and recommend solutions for development and production issues while ensuring effective communication with the project team and management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field; or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong customer service orientation and willingness to share knowledge
- Proficiency in Java and IT operational management (ITOM)
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM), event management, incident management, and problem management
