      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, procedures, standards, and best practices
      - Assess existing policies for relevancy and accuracy, and manage risks associated with policy violations
      - Analyze and report on IT security controls and risk exposure for management's monthly reporting
      - Perform information security risk evaluations and communicate the impact of risk on reported IT issues
      - Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the effective design and testing of security controls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technology/information security-related field
      - Five to seven (5-7) years of direct experience in an information security role utilizing risk-based methodology
      - Expert knowledge of information security systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Familiarity with FAIR methodology and understanding of ISO-27000 based security program functional areas
      - Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with various teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
      - Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC) or equivalent
      - Experience leading through influence and coaching team members
