      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary power-user for logistics systems within the organization
      - Train end-users on system functionalities and best practices
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
      - Generate actionable insights by interpreting data and identifying trends
      - Manage logistics projects and support internal and external business units as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year degree or equivalent industry experience
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience in distribution operations or supply chain management
      - Proven experience managing logistics systems projects, including system implementations and process improvements
      - Strong organizational skills to manage timelines and stakeholder communication
      - Excellent verbal communication skills and a track record of providing superior customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Manhattan WMS/TMS software
      - Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages
      - Background in the green distribution, irrigation, nursery, or landscape industry
      - Familiarity with other supply chain management applications (ERP, TMS, etc.)
