What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary power-user for all logistics systems within the logistics team
- Train end-users on the functionalities and best practices for logistics systems
- Develop training materials and documentation related to logistics systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related issues
- Analyze data to identify trends and generate actionable insights for system enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in distribution operations or supply chain within a retail or wholesale environment
- Proven experience managing logistics systems-related projects, including implementations and process improvements
- Strong organizational skills for managing timelines and stakeholder communication
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a track record of providing superior customer service

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Manhattan WMS/TMS software
- Familiarity with SQL or other programming/query languages
- Knowledge of other supply chain management applications (ERP, TMS, etc.)
- Experience in the green distribution or landscape industry
